Trump Tells Black Caucus: “I Will Pardon O.J. Simpson From Prison”

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told a group of Black Caucus voters that he would free O.J. Simpson from prison on his first in office. “I love O.J.” said Trump. “The Juice and I go way back.”

As Trump tries to gain black votes, Trump said this was the smart way to do it. “Listen, I’ll win all their votes by releasing one black guy from jail. Simple and smart move on my part.

“He was just trying to get his football stuff back from some loser in a hotel room. The room probably wasn’t even very good because I didn’t build it. He was in a crappy hotel room, and he should go to prison for that? That’s not justice. O.J. deserve better.”

Simpson is serving 20 years in a Nevada prison for armed robbery. In 2007 he tried to steal back his own sports memorabilia from a merchant in a hotel room at the Palace Casino and Hotel. In 2008 he was found guilty of armed robbery. His defense team claimed he was trying to repossess his own stolen property. After the trial had gone to Nevada’s Supreme Court, they upheld the lower court’s decision.

After making millions during his football and film career, he lost it all when he was found guilty in a civil lawsuit by the parents of Nicole Brown.
