Following a brief interview with the Alabama Examiner, Donald Trump remarked that Hillary Clinton is a “dumb fat smelly cunt.” Steve McCormick, the reporter laughed but two of his female assistants were appalled by Trump’s off the cuff comment.
We spoke to Susan Thompson, one of the assistants, who said, “I couldn’t believe my ears. I didn’t think Trump was a sexist because of the liberal media making Trump look bad. Trump has said it so many times, we believed him. Then we heard him say the terrible ‘C’ word. I know have my doubts on him. But I do want our borders secure, so it’s a hard decision.”
The Trump campaign said he never said it but admitted that he does think it. We then got an email by Trump clarifying the remarks about Secretary Clinton.
“It probably smells bad too. I bet smells old and bad,” wrote Trump. “I’ve heard you can smell it five feet away. I’m surprised I didn’t smell it at the debate. I’ll check again at the next debate and will not shy away from making it known to one hundred million people. The people have the right to know about the smell.”
The comments are expected to raise his poll numbers in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. But those states will likely vote for Trump anyway.
