In a stunning political move, Donald Trump decided to keep Tweet to himself for the first time in his campaign.
“I thought it would be nice for me to save Twitter some bandwidth and hosting cost today,” Trump told reporters. “I’ll let someone else be a star on Twitter for a day.”
Republican strategist were relieved to have the day off and not worry about how Trump will hurt the party next.
Scott Thomas III said, “I cried for joy when I heard Trump was going to keep a thought to himself. What a beautiful day, beautiful day.
“We are getting our rest because I’m sure this vacation won’t last long.”
The hateful and inaccurate thoughts of Trump are even starting to annoying the most Republican of Republicans. They fear he is frightening off independent voters and hijacking the party with his rhetoric.
Trump then stated, “Don’t worry fellow Trumpanites, I’ll be back with the fury of a thousand volcanos.”
