Former Governor Sarah Palin confused Steve Harvey for President Barack Obama during the Miss Universe competition. “Obama sure screwed up that Miss Universe show. Way to go.”
During the show, host Steve Harvey announced Miss Columbia as the winner only to correct himself and name Miss Philippines as the real winner. It all happened after sashes, crowns, and whatever else is bestowed upon the winner.
Palin thought the host was Obama and made strange tweets throughout the night. First tweet- Obama sure put on a lot of weight. He must have finally quit smoking. Second tweet - I don’t get the mustache, he still looks like classic Obama to me. Third tweet - Obama sure screwed up that Miss Universe show. How do we let him be president?
After being told it was Steve Harvey, not Obama, Palin refused to believe it. Finally, after side by side comparison photos, she admitted she made a mistake. “It’s not my fault all black people look the same.”
