After their father Donald Trump officially became the Republican presidential nominee, the kids will embark on a 4 day African Safari hunting trip. “We’ve been working nonstop for 13 months and it’s good to reward yourself,” said Eric Trump. “We accomplished our goal of winning the Republican nominee, and now we can take a quick breath and go hunting. Nothing relaxes me more than some big game hunting. It really is the best.”
The family has been known to go hunting for lions, tigers, and elephants for many years. Even with the recent negative backlash over such hunts, the Trumps don’t want to be ‘PC’ over the trip. “We like to hunt like millions of Americans. We are very fortunate to be able to travel to Africa,” said Trump. “And we have the best guide. We call him Eddy. His real name is too hard to pronounce. But he is the best guide to go hunting with. We always find an animal to shoot when we’re there.”
“The mainstream media won’t like it, but we work hard and we play hard. Besides, what’s the difference from shooting a deer or shooting a giraffe? I’ll tell you what, one looks way cooler in a photo. I think this will be my 23rd trip.”
Animal rights groups have condoned the hunting trip but know it won’t have an effect on his voting group. It will cost over $250,000 for the 4-day trip. That included the legal hunting licences, travel, and lodging.
Donald Trump will not be attending the hunting excursion. He and his wife plan at looking potential White House window curtains. He did wish his kids “a successful hunting. They get a bigger rhino every time. They deserve a nice trip then back to work.”
