Kanye West showed up two hours late Saturday night to his concert in Sacremento, then proceeded to play two of the same songs, then went on a 15-minute rant about Jay-Z and Beyonce.
Sunday night in Los Angeles Kanye got to ranting early before leaving the stage. This is the second time in two days that Ticketmaster has had issue refunds to the hip-hop genius fans.
