The Patriot organization refused to comment on the situation but political pundits are very upset with Brady’s action. “How dare he refuses to show up for the national anthem over the first four games,” screamed Sean Hannity. “You play for a team called the Patriots, so at least pretend to be patriotic.”
The NFL is still unsure what do about players not supporting a song. They might be more concerned about the league’s top quarterback not showing for the first four national anthems. “We wish Brady would not skip the four national anthems but it’s out of our hands,” said NFL CEO Roger Goodell.
