Many people credit these alt-right websites that claim Clinton killed an FBI agent, created aids, gave foreign countries all access to US resources, and even creating the Zika virus. Most of this is ridiculous but worked well with some articles getting a million shares on Facebook.
The domain names are crappy and the content is even worse.
