Sexual assaults are up nearly 1,000% since the inappropriate tapes leaked on Trump saying “grab them by the pussy.” But with the mostly male crowds, many of the assaults aren’t against women. Victim Charles Munn told the BBC, “I keep getting grabbed by men at his rallies. I might stop going if this keeps up.”
Another Trump supporter said the rallies are even more fun now. “We just listen to our leader,” said Tim McDermott. “And don’t question what he says or does.”
Violence is nothing new for a Trump rally, but security has been increased since last year and even more in the past week.
